Yin & Reiki

Yin Yoga, is a gentle, passive practice that is designed to release tension and restore physical and emotional balance. This practice concludes with a peaceful Reiki infused Savasana where I’ll offer the healing energy of Reiki to each participant for 2-3 minutes on their mat while they relax into their final resting pose.

What is Reiki? Reiki is a gentle energy-healing technique that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being by balancing your energy flow.
